Iced finesse

Designed entirely by Kann, the second branch of the Lebanese ice-cream shop Glace Bachir opened their doors last July, a stone’s throw away from Sacré-Cœur, Paris. To accommodate the know-how of the 100% bio ice-cream and the lush creaminess of Bachir’s speciality, the achta ice-cream covered in pistachios, Kann created a luminous environment in light wood and nude tones. The custom-made counter, as well as the Galta tables and chairs, are made of oak. Rattan punctuates the space, emphasising the warmth of the terracotta floor, and the pendant lights give the whole a sweet final touch.
